This morning we talked about how “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” We were reminded what Jesus told doubting Thomas, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” We talked about what it looks like to “rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory” because of the one word that should bring a smile to any Christian’s face: Salvation. So breathe confidence today through His Spirit and “do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.”
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor. 2:9)
“He who has a firm will molds the world to himself.” (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe)
“Get aboard with the contagion of enthusiasm and you can make your life whatever you hope for, dream of and work toward.” (Norman Vincent Peale: Enthusiasm Makes the Difference)
This song reminds us to be confident in His strength because we serve a mighty God.
Famous For (I Believe) - Tauren Wells, Jenn Johnson
“Make way through the waters Walk me through the fire Do what You are famous for What You are famous for Shut the mouths of lions Bring dry bones to life and Do what You are famous for What You are famous for”
Have a great day!
